BBK DAV College for Women, Amritsar, organized a mobile library exhibition featuring books by Swami Vivekananda Ji to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the Ramakrishna Mission. The initiative involved the installation of a mobile van in the college campus. The van showcased a vast collection of books covering various topics such as meditation, concentration, yoga, personality development, and anger management. The exhibition garnered enthusiastic participation from both students and faculty members, reflecting their keen interest in the event.
Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia and Sh. Sudarshan Kapoor, Chairman, Local Committee, inaugurated the exhibition. While sharing her views, Principal Dr. Walia said that these events play a pivotal part in fostering love for reading and to deepen students’ understanding of Indian culture and heritage.
College Librarian Ms. Swati Datta, faculty members, and students were present on the occasion.
