BBK DAV College for Women organised a special exhibition to commemorate the Death Anniversary of Mahatma Hansraj Ji by the Department of Fine Arts. The artists of the college presented the life and teachings of Mahatma Hansraj Ji by displaying colourful and beautiful paintings.
In this exhibition, fifteen students participated in which Suman Kumari (BFA, Sem-VII), Vamika Khanna (BFA, Sem-V), Benazir Khan (+2) and Jasroop Kaur (BFA, Sem-VII) were declared First, Second and Third respectively. Consolation Prize was given to Lakhwinder Kaur (BFA, Sem-VII).
Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia appreciated the paintings of students and motivated them to follow the path of sacrifice, determination and patience shown by Mahatma Hansraj Ji. She also gave away the prizes to the winners.
On this occasion, Mrs. Shaifali Johar, Dr. Neetu Bala, Mrs. Sapna, Dr. Shweta Mohan and Dr. Gauri Chawla were also present.
