Students of BBK DAV College for Women, Amritsar, secured placements at ICICI Bank, one of India’s leading banking institutions. This milestone reflects the institution’s continuous commitment to academic excellence and industry readiness.
Students from BCA, BBA, B.Com, and BA streams participated in the campus placement drive, demonstrating strong skills, confidence, and professional aptitude. The recruitment process was conducted in a structured manner, beginning with a Pre-Placement Talk followed by aptitude tests and multiple interview rounds.
Out of a competitive pool, 13 students were shortlisted, and 7 successfully bagged final placements, bringing pride to the institution. After the completion of their training, the students would be offered an annual package of approximately Rs. 5.0 lakh each.
Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia felicitated the students on their success and stated that this achievement reflects the dedication and perseverance of our students and the consistent efforts of the Placement Cell.
