BBK DAV College for Women won three-day Bhai Veer Singh Flower and Plant show held at GNDU Amritsar. It is pertinent to note that all the leading schools and colleges of Amritsar and Jalandhar participated in this event, and BBK DAV College emerged Champion by winning First position in 8 categories and Second position in 11 categories. Krish Kataria and Devanshi of B.F.A Sem-III also won First prize in Fresh Flower Rangoli and Dry Flower Rangoli respectively.
Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia congratulated the whole team and said that building a thriving garden takes a lot of hard work and planning. Principal Dr. Walia and Sh. Sudarshan Kapoor, Chairman, LMC honoured the students, faculty and gardeners of the college.
