The Department of Cosmetology of BBK DAV College for Women, Amritsar, organized an engaging and skill-enhancing Workshop on High Definition Make-up. Around 100 students participated in the workshop and Ms. Nidhi Sharma, Make-up Instructor, Lakme Salon, was the resource person for the session. She demonstrated various party make-up looks, shared professional tips, and provided hands-on guidance to students, enriching their practical learning experience.
Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia warmly welcomed the Lakmé Salon team and said that BBK DAV College is committed to providing skill-based learning opportunities to empower students. She further added that such workshops help bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industrial requirements.
Dr. Beenu Kapoor and Dr. Sweety Bala, Co-ordinators, Department of Cosmetology along with Dr. Amandeep Kaur, were also present during the event.
