NSS and NCC units of BBK DAV College for Women attended Vigilance Awareness Rally at Guru Nanak Stadium organised by Punjab Police. The purpose of the rally was to foreground the detrimental effects of corruption and how to eradicate this deep- rooted evil prevailing in different forms of our social system. 100 NSS and NCC volunteers of the college participated in the rally.
Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia said that corruption can have hugely damaging effects on a country’s growth rate and development potential, and therefore all of us must come together to root out this evil. On this occasion, Dr. Sahil Gupta, Mrs. Neha Sehgal, Ms. Sumera Chhabra and Ms. Ravinderpal Kaur were also present.
