Students of BBK DAV College for Women, Amritsar, bagged top positions in the inter-college competitions held at Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur College, Sathiala. Bhavya Gupta, BFA (Applied Art) Sem. 1, secured 1st position in the Essay Writing Competition, while Siya Mahajan, +1, Arts, won 3rd position in the Poster Making and Painting Competition. The competitions were held to mark the 350th Martyrdom Anniversary of Shri Guru Teg Bahadur ji, honouring his supreme sacrifice and unparalleled contribution to humanity.
Students from various colleges participated in the event, showcasing their writing skills and expressing their thoughts on the life, courage, and teachings of Shri Guru Teg Bahadur ji. Bhavya Gupta’s essay was appreciated for its depth, clarity, and insightful presentation.
