Women’s Role, Education and Business

Women play a variety of important roles in our society from birth to the end of life. They are highly responsible for the successful continuation of life on this planet. At first, they were considered only wives and mothers who had to cook, clean the house, and take care of the whole family members alone. But now that, the situation has improved slightly. Women are becoming aware of their rights and are well aware of men dominated nature throughout their lives.

Women are really ahead in modern society if we compare them since ancient times. Women have gained much influence in various fields as long as the balance between the two sexes is maintained.

Women play a great role in the growth and development of society and make it an advanced and modern society.

As history has shown, women have been strong from the beginning and even today, many large companies around the world, such as General Motors, Accenture have made it a gender-balanced workplace. In fact, this is a reality, and Accenture expects to be more gender-balanced by 2025, meaning that 25% of its managing directors globally will be women.

Over the year’s women have been at the forefront of many places; And, it is also true that if seen today, CEOs of more than 500 companies are women and as of May 2018 there were only 24 women CEOs, which is only 5% compared to today.

“You educate a man; You educate a man. You educate a woman; You educate a generation.

“It is very important to educate and empower women which need to be followed in the society for women empowerment and development of society. Because it is true that, if a man is being educated and empowered, only then can he be benefited, whereas if a woman is being educated and empowered, the whole family and society can benefit.

Women are not things that can be neglected because of their low power and authority, rather than empowering and encouraging them to pursue higher education. Women are half of the world’s population, which means half the world’s strength.

If the women of any country are not empowered, it means that the country lacks half the power. By nature, women perform all their roles with great responsibilities and have the capacity to create a healthy family, solid society, and a powerful country. A lot of effort has been made but women are still backward and limited to domestic activities. We need to understand that if an illiterate woman can handle the house properly then why a well-educated woman cannot lead the whole country like men.
